Punctuality:
We respectfully request that you arrive 15 min. prior to your scheduled appointment time
to allow for a relaxing check in. If you arrive late for a scheduled appointment our company policy offers
you two options: You may opt to shorten your treatment, or you may prefer to reschedule your appointment at a
more convenient time, however, a 50% cancellation charge will be incurred.

Spa Etiquette:
We are a very small facility and do ask that you soften your voice upon arrival and limit conversations
during treatment as not to disturb other guests. Also please turn off cellular phones and pagers.
Our goal is to provide the most peaceful and relaxing environment possible to each and every guest.

Tipping:
Tips, unless otherwise indicated, are not included in gift certificates. Industry standards on
gratuity are 15% - 20% - but the amount you leave is completely at your discretion.
