Spa Hours: The Cottage Day Spa is open Mon. - Sat., 9 AM - 5 PM, with extended evening hours by appointment only. We do ask that you call first before you stop by because we do not have a full time receptionist and due to security reasons the front door may be locked if we are in treatment. We would not want you to waste a trip.

Payment Information: We accept credit cards (American Express, Mastercard, Visa and Discover), cash, checks and Cottage Day Spa gift certificates. You must present your gift certificate prior to treatment.

Booking Appointments and Cancellation Policy: Please call us at (772) 489-8364 to book and / or cancel all appointments. We understand that occasionally you may have to cancel an appointment with us. We unfortunately have had to sometimes cancel one with you too. However we ask you that you give us fair warning. You will be telephoned the day before your appoint for confirmation. As a courtesy to our clients and staff, it is company policy for all clients to give 24 hours notice of cancellation. Less than that may be subject to a 25% cancellation fee and less than 4 hours means 100% charge for your scheduled treatment or void of gift certificate(s).
