Shirodhara
A meditative experience, this ancient Ayurvedic therapy will restore inner calm and balance to the emotions
and will rejuvenate the hair and scalp. The session begins with a relaxing warm stone massage and then when
relaxation is achieved a gentle stream of warm herbal oil is dispensed onto the "third eye" chakra point to quiet
the mind and soothe the senses. The nourishing and conditioning oil is then massaged into the hair and scalp and
then the head is wrapped in a warm towel while you are left to absorb all you have received. A warm cup of herbal
tea finishes off this amazing therapy.

Ear Candling
An ancient healing remedy that is believed to help various ear disorders. This process can safely be used to
lessen sinus pressure, ringing and fluid in the ears and in many cases it enhances hearing. Candling vacuums wax
from the ear and is quite comfortable and relaxing.
